Another year, another lack of a spring appearance! Here in Richmond it snowed a couple weeks ago, now this week we've seen temperatures in the 80s and 90s. This is such a fun, casual spring outfit that I ideally wanted to wear this week, but it was way too hot for most kinds of layering this week. Never thought I would say this, but I have my fingers crossed for some cooler temps in the next few weeks before we experience another hot, muggy summer.
