Sephora for OPI: Leotard OptionalEssie: Mamba
Essie: Sand Topaz
Essie: Ladylike
Deborah Lippman: Modern Love
Sephora by OPI: Leotard Optional: I actually got this color as part of one of those gift sets that come out during the winter holidays. The application went on really well and was really easy to work with. It has a more of a peachy undertone and I really love this color.
Essie: Mamba: Essie formulations can be a hit or miss, but this one went on really well for me. Its one of the darker neutrals I own, that has more of a brown tone to it than pink for me.
Essie: Sand Topaz: Out of the five, this is probably the most neutral out of them all. Not really a pink undertone nor a brown. Not a very warm nude either.
Essie: Ladylike: Another nude with more of a pink undertone. Very similar to the Sephora OPI one above. Went on great and one of my favorites.
Deborah Lippman: Modern Love: Got this one through a friend and I am in love. Also more on the brown undertones and darker side. Very similar to the Essie Mamba, to the point where I don't think there's any reason to own both.
I know what you're thinking, this is probably the least detail review ever. SO TO SUM IT UP. All of these formulations are great. All went on opaque after 2 coats and I had no trouble applying any of them. Deborah Lippman Modern Love and Essie Mamba are very similar, almost dupes and have more of a beige/brown undertone. Essie Ladylike and Sephora by OPI Leotard Optional are great nudes with pink undertones. Essie Sand Topaz is a very light neutral that seriously is the color of sand.
