Why, do you ask, am I wearing a heavy cotton jumper and a chiffon blouse with 3/4 sleeves? The answer is, I think in this weather, I'm just at a loss as to what to wear. I've worn down my high-waist black shorts and even the lightest, flowiest dresses aren't cutting it sometimes in 113 "real feel" weather. And sometimes I just want to defy the weather and say "Hey I'm going to wear this no matter how hot today is!" Spoiler: regrets, I have them.
