The anticipated Marc Jacobs beauty line launched just this past Friday and I knew I had to go snag a lipstick to feed into my addiction.
Described as a gellifed lipstick, its suppose to be hydrating and volumizing at the same time. They launched this line with 16 different colors, a good part of them being great daytime and work appropriate looks.
The color I happened to pick up was Understudy (114) which is described as a terracotta pink. It goes on very smoothly, has a nice opaque color, and quite hydrating. It doesn't give that tingling feeling like most volumizing lip products do, since its suppose to "add gentle volume".

I am in LOVE with this color. It adds just the right amount of color and creates the perfect daytime look. This lipstick lasted me a good 5 to 6 hours and is now my everyday color for work. I love the fact that it doesn't dry out my lips and not too glossy since I'm not a big fan of the super glossy look. At $30 a piece, it doesn't come cheap though.
I didn't have time to really take a good look into their whole line since I was in a hurry, but I'm excited to go back and take a look at their blushes. I mean, check out these colors.
