So, as most of you will know, one of the most coveted item of clothing bloggers love nowadays is their perfect button down chambray. And right now, its getting pretty easy to find a chambray __________. I mean, whats there NOT to love about chambray. Light weight, breezy, matches -- well everything really. My personal favorite pieces of clothing at the moment are my chambray button down and tank, so I made it my mission to scour the internet for some good looks and deals.
THE CHAMBRAY TANK
My absolute favorite item of clothing for summer right now is my chambray tank I got while I was overseas. I live in one of the most humid cities in the US, so good bye button ups, hello tank tops for months end. The one I own is from Mango and it is one of the most comfortable shirts I own and is super soft. Alternatively, Old Navy has one in their sales section and at less than $8, its a steal for sure. AND THEY HAVE AN EXTRA 20% OFF UNTIL JUNE 1st!!!

THE CHAMBRAY BUTTON UP
Okay, well I might as well hit the almighty coveted chambray button up. Everywhere on the internet (as well as my e-friends), everyone raves about Madewell. I personally have not tried on one from Madewell since there is not one near me, but they do have a nice selection of washes as well as cuts. I have a similar one to the dotted one that J. Crew offered not too long ago, however there is no longer a link online.

However, they are all a bit pricey so that not might be a viable choice for everybody. For slightly cheaper options, I found a great selection at Gap and AE. They both have various fits and washes. Trying on a bunch from both stores, I found Gap to be slightly more structure and not as soft. They still a relaxed bf fit which is what I was looking for though. The one I own from AE is EXTREMELY soft, still a loose fit, however wrinkles with wear. Both places, there are always discount codes, so you can get both at a great price. Right now, AE has an extra 40% off so you can get this shirt for less than $24 bucks. Gap currently has a 15% off which means this one will be about $42. And of course Target pulls through with a variety of chambray shirts to choose from. The one I chose in particular has no frills or thrills. I am not as big of a fan of the western style shirts as you can tell, so this was a winner for me.

So, I've been wanting to buy a t-shirt version of the denim shirt but many people warned me I could come off like I'm wearing scrubs. Which is true, especially for my shape, so I've held off. But maybe when I have no more fucks to give, I'll cave in and buy one. Here are a few I've been looking at. All different price ranges, of course.

THE CHAMBRAY SKIRT
I happen to find my perfect skirt at Blanco, a store based in Spain, for about 10 euros. (Scroll up to the top for a picture if you don't remember). Chambray shirts. They seriously go with everything - jeans, short skirts, long skirts, shorts, on top of dresses as a light cover up. Believe me when I say I probably own one too many chambray shirts. Like, do I really need 2 button up polka dotted shirts? One long sleeve, one sleeveless? WELL I DO.
